4 eggs
2 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk or half & half
1 cup sour cream
1 cup melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat waffle iron following manufacturer's directions.
2. Beat eggs until light. Sift dry ingredients. Alternately add flour mixture, milk & sour cream to eggs - beginning and ending with flour. Add melted butter. Blend thoroughly.
3. For each waffle, use c. - ⅔ c. batter.

This recipe has been passed down from my Great Grandma Heck. When I got married, my mom gave me a waffle maker with this recipe and I've continued the tradition of making these on special occasions <3
Warning: These waffles are rich, delicious and unhealthy, but so worth it!
