1 large can tomatoes (or fresh ones in season)
2 cup milk-your choice, I use 2%
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
½ teaspoon basil (or sage)
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Juice of ½ lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Put tomatoes, including liquid, in blender for a few seconds to chop to desired amount. Add all ingredients and microwave (in microwave safe container) on HIGH to serving temperature, about 5 minutes. Season w/salt, pepper, white pepper, Mrs. Dash to taste. If lemon juice causes it to curdle, just toss it back in the blender for a few seconds.
