"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
6-8 Chicken Tenderloins
No Yolk Dumplings
1 can Cream of Chicken
3 cans Chicken Broth
1 stick Butter
1-3 cups of Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Saltine Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender. Remove from broth, add noodles and 1 can of chicken broth. Boil until soft then add one stick butter, 2 cans chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken and stir. Once butter melts add salt, pepper, and enough milk to make creamy. Shred the chicken and add to the noodles. Noodles will absorb the soup as it sits so more milk will be needed. Serve hot with saltine crackers.

TIP: Fastest way to shred chicken is to use a hand mixer-takes 30 seconds.

Some time ago it became a tradition that if one of the girls were sick I had to make and take them a pot of this soup. Hopefully, one day they can now make it and serve it to their own children and grandchildren when they are not feeling well...Bev
