1 1/2 lb. Bing or other sweet Cherries, pitted
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 lime leaf
1 can coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cook the cherries with lime, pineapple juice, and coriander simmering for five minutes. Stop cooking. Stir in coconut milk. Serve hot or cold. Remove lime leaf before serving.

This stuff is so good! I would say that about all of our soups. But really; cherries, coconut, lime. How could you go wrong?
