Fresh Garlic, minced
Chili Pepper, chopped
5 tomatoes, chopped
Salt
1 tsp sugar
5-6 eggs
optional: mushrooms or pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry in frying pan the garlic, chilli pepper, tomatoes. Add in salt, sugar. Once it is nicely cooked, add a can of crushed tomatoes. Heat until warm and bubbly. Break open eggs on top-- enough eggs to cover the top. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes on low heat. If desired, mushrooms or pepperoni can be added at beginning to fry in as well
