2 1-lb cans refried beans
3 mashed avocados with 2 tsp lemon juice mixed in to prevent browning
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped olives
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in a shallow pan in this order:

1) Refried beans
2) Avocado
3) Mixture of taco seasoning mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream

Sprinkle with olives, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips.

An old favorite from the 1980's. Still gets great reviews and I rarely have leftovers.
