For Pico de Gallo (similar to salsa):
tomatoes, chopped
onions, chopped
jalapeno, chopped (optional)
cilantro, chopped
lime juice

Slaw:
green cabbage, chopped
salt
pepper
wee bit of vinegar and mayonnaise

Guacamole:
avocado
garlic
lime or lemon

Fish:
Basa fillet
vegetable oil
cumin
paprika
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together ingredients for pico de gallo: tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Set aside until making tacos.

2. Prepare Slaw, mix green cabbage, salt, pepper, vinegar and mayonnaise. Keep on the side until ready to serve tacos

3. Prepare guacamole, mash together avocado, garlic, lime/lemon. Save until ready to serve tacos

4. Prepare the fish, cutting up basa into squares. coat with vegetable oil, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt. Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil and set the oven to broil. Broil 5 minutes, flip then another 5 minutes. Warm tortillas in heated skillet and load up with all previous ingredients, enjoy!
