1 cup grated cheese

6 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup crushed corn flakes

6 cups cooked, sliced potatoes

Sauce:
9 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp flour
3 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook until thick.

Layer potatoes, cheese and sauce in baking dish. Combine butter and corn flakes and crush together. Sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I've had this recipe forever. I used to make it when Jeff and Chris were young: they didn't like it! So I set it aside and just recently cooked it for Thanksgiving. The Grandkids loved it! So it's now back on the requested list.
