2 cups cooked squash
3/4 cups butter
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender and drain. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole. Bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes.
