1 lb. Almond Bark
1 c. Crushed Peppermint
Red Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Place almond bark in a 4 cup pyrex dish.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
Stir in peppermint; add color, mix well.
Spread on a wax paper covered cookie sheet;
Place in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Break Apart.
Store in plastic containers until ready to serve.

This is one of my favorite candies that my MaMaw makes! I remember having it when I was a teenager at Christmas time. She made all of us a tin can full of peppermint bark for Christmas!
