Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

8 oz spaghetti
1 cup chicken broth
1⁄8 cup lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
4 Tbs butter
4 T flour
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1⁄3 cup white wine
8 oz mushrooms
boned chicken

Cook and drain spaghetti.

Make roux with 4 T butter and 4 T flour.

Add 1 cup whipping cream, 1 cup broth, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1/8 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup white wine, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp salt: mix thoroughly.

Add 8 oz mushrooms(drained) and boned chicken.

Put into greased casserole dish, top with butter, paprika, and parmesan cheese.

Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes
