2-3 lbs. uncooked stew beef, cut in bite size pieces
6 carrots cut in pieces
2 cups celery cut in pieces
2-3 cups of potatoes cut in pieces
2 lg. onions cut in pieces
1 lg. can (30 oz) tomatoes pureed or chunked
1 T. Salt
1 T. Sugar
1 tsp. Pepper
3 T. Tapioca
24 oz. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in large oven proof pan. Cover TIGHTLY.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 5-5 hours. DO NOT OPEN PAN UNTIL DONE.
