4 C. flour
5 tsp. soda
1 C. butter, softened
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 C. nut meats
2 C. applesauce
1 C. drained crushed pineapple
2 C. raisins
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. allspice
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 ½ T. STRONG liquid coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and sift into a large mixing bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients and fruits.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer until combined .

Turn into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees, for 1 ¾ TO 2 hours.
