CHEESE BALL

2 – 8 oz. cream cheese
1 glass Old English cheese
1 glass Blue cheese
6 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese (not the pre-shredded)
1 pkg. of Lipton onion soup mix, OR dried parsley, OR chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to set at room temp about 30 minutes before mixing.
Whip the cream cheese with mixer.
Add the remaining cheeses and mix.

Roll in dried soup, OR parsley, Or nuts.
Allow to set at least 24 - 48 hours before serving.

If you prefer not to roll the cheese ball you can serve as a spread.
These are great because they can be made up and frozen
for several weeks.

You can vary the recipe by adding blue cheese crumbles.
