1 package (2.5 oz.) processed ham, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (about ¼ cup)
½ c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1½ tsp. Dijon mustard
⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Finely chop ham and onion using Food Chopper; place in 2 quart bowl. Add cheese, egg, mustard, and pepper; mix well. Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with vegetable oil . Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 pieces using a pizza cutter. Press dough pieces into muffin cups using a spoon dipped in flour. Fill each muffin cup with filling. Bake 13-15 minutes in 350º oven.
Makes 24 ham puffs.
