1 Tblsp vegetable or canola oil
1 1/2 Tblsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
4 cube steaks ( about 1 lb.)
1 (14 1/2 oz) can of Italian styled stewed tomatoes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tblsp chopped fresh parsley, divided
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch slices

Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat. In shallow dish, mix flour, salt and pepper to taste. Blot both sides of steak with paper towel. Coat each side of steaks with flour, shake off excess. Brown meat on both sides (about 5 minutes total). Meanwhile, mix tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and 2 Tblsp parsley. After meat is browned, add tomato mixture to skillet, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir occasionally, Add green pepper; cover and cook 5 more minutes until meat is done and peppers are softened. Place meat on serving platter; spoon sauce over. Garnish with remaining parsley. Serve immediately.
