2 c. regular yogurt or vanilla yogurt
2 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. milk
3-4 tbsp. honey or sugar (if you use regular yogurt)
2 finely chopped apples
2 chopped oranges
2 finely chopped bananas
you can add another small amount of fruit like fresh blueberries if you choose.

Mix all the chopped fruit into a large bowl
Squeeze the lemon over the fruit and mix
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, oats, milk and honey
Stir in the fruit.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Garnish with granola or coconut or chopped walnuts
