1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1 egg

Topping:

2 Tblsp brown sugar
2/3 cup ketshup
1 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into meat balls, place on greased pan. Mix the topping ingredients and spread over the meatballs and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
