Mary's Irish Bread Recipe

5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
6 /12 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk
5 1/3 tsp. butter
1 cup raisins

*Preheat oven to 350
*Mix dry ingredients
*Rub in softened butter
*Beat eggs in milk
*Put raisins in dough, then mix liquid into dry ingredients
*2- 8" or 9" rounds or 2 loaf pans greased
*Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top
*Melt 1-2 tbsp. butter, pour over dough
*Bake 45 minutes
