PAV:
6 egg whites
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 ½ c. white fruit sugar powder
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of cream of tarter
pinch of salt

TOPPING:
1 pint of whipped cream- use fresh not fake and add pinch|(s) of sugar to taste
Any fresh fruit of fruit cocktail(no juice)
Sliced kiwi or other sliced fruit for garnish

PAV:
Beat egg whites until VERY stiff with a pinch of salt and cream of tarter and adding the fruit sugar slowly while beating. (Do not get any egg yolk into this)
Fold in vanilla, vinegar and cornstarch.
Pour into a large 10" buttered pie plate.
Bake at 250º for 1 1/2 hours. Cool- the pav will drop slightly in the centre when cooling.

TOPPING:
Place the very well drained fruit cocktail on top of the cooled pav. Cover with the whipped cream and top it all off with sliced kiwi fruit of other fruit garnish.
