1-lb smoked bacon, cooked and chopped
12 oz ground sausage
1-28 oz frozen cubed hash browns with peppers and onions, thawed
2 cups cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Butter a 9x13 pan. Oven 375

1. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook the sausage until brown, crumbling it with a spatula as it cooks.
2. Add hash browns, sausage and bacon to the casserole dish. Toss to combine.
3. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Wisk until completely combined.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture in the dish.
6. Bake 35-40 min until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Note: Can make night before and refrigerate overnight. Allow the casserole to sit 30 min before baking.
