Oil for brushing
1 1/4 C flour
1/4 C sugar
2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C apple sauce
1/2 C frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 egg
2 Tbsp. canola oil

Spiced Sugar
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp. apple pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* and brush donut pan with oil.
2. Donuts: Combine flour, sugar, spice, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined.
3. Fill decorating bag (large tip) with donut ingredients and pipe around each well about 3/4 full. Bake 8-10 minutes, ou until donuts spring back when lightly pressed. Remove from ovento a cooling rack and let cool 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, combine sugar and spice in small resealable bag. Add warm donuts to the bag and toss gently to coat donuts. Repeat with remaining donuts.

(To make your own apple pie spice: combine 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon, 3/4 tsp. ground allspice, 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger.)
