cup shortening
1 cups flour
2 T sugar
tsp salt
1 egg yolk
3 T ice water
tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter and shortening. Combine egg yolk, icewater, and vinegar and add to flour mixture. Mix together and form into a disc. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Bake at 400
