1 1/2 C grated Swiss Cheese
8 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled (you can sub crumbled, fried sausage)
1 unbaked 9" frozen pie shell
1 C cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 eggs beaten
1/2 C milk
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
