4 beef tenderloin steaks or 1 inch thick steaks of your choice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Flavored Butter:
1/2 C butter, softened or room temperature
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
To cook steaks, barbecue or broil about 5-7 minutes on each side. Try to only turn once...it make Uncle Tim crazy if you flip more than once...Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serve sizzling hot with a big scoop of flavored butter on top!

Flavored Butter:
Combine ingredients with a mixer and beat until fluffy. This can be stored in the refrigerator and used over time but I leave it set a room temp to use on steak.
