1/2lb. Spinach Fettuccini
1 clove garlic
1 1/4 tsp. dry basil
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 T. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to package directions and drain. Crush basil and garlic together thoroughly using a mortar and pestle. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except for noodles. Heat on medium heat until simmering for 3 to 5 minutes being careful not to boil. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
