Avocado Salad-milchig Recipe

2 Lbs lettuce
9.5 oz black olives
1 c. fancy two tone shredded cheese
1 box grape tomatoes

1 avocado
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
(dash of hot pepper spice- optional)
mini tam tams crackers or corn chips

Combine all salad ingredients.
Blend all dressing ingredients.
Combine dressing with salad prior to serving.
Add crackers or chips.
