Vintage Quick Beef Stroganoff Recipe

One pound stew meat
2 tablespoons fat
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt pepper

Dip meet in flour and brown in hot fat. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms.

Combine sour cream, tomato soup, and seasonings; pour over meat, simmer until tender. About one hour

Serve over hot cooked noodles and top with Parmesan cheese if desired.
