2 4 ounce cans green chilies, whole
3 tablespoons milk
3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pound cooked ground beef parentheses optional, I prefer this without parentheses
Two eggs
1/2 onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chiles into thin strips; remove seeds for milder flavor.

In an 8 inch baking dish alternate Chilies and cheeses and ground beef, if using.

In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, onion and flower together.

Pour over chiles and cheeses. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
