2 4 ounce cans whole green chilies, drained
2 cups chopped tomatoes (2 to 3 medium)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup daily sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Remove seeds from chilies; arrange chilies in single layer in dish. Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth; pour over top.

Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Heat oven to 375 . Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.

This casserole is delicious. I just have to be careful to pick mild chilies otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat it.
