3 pds. Porkside ribs { 2 racks ]
2 12 oz. Cans root beer
2 Cups BBQ sauce [ your choice ]
[ I like kraft mestiquite smoke BBQ sauce ]
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove silver skin from back side of ribs. [ use back side of a spoon ]
Shake a little salt and pepper on both sides of ribs.
Pace in a 6 qt. crockpot.
Pour root beer over top.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Remove Ribs and discard liquid then return ribs to crockpot.
Add BBQ sauce.
Cook on high 1 hour more.
