Chicken Roll Ups Recipe

1 can crescent rolls
2 cups cooked chicken
2 Tbsp butter
3 oz cream cheese, softened
tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/3 cup diced mushrooms (optional)
Seasoned croutons/bread crumbs/crumbled Ritz
1 can cream of chicken soup

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix chicken, butter, cream cheese and lemon pepper
3. Spread crescent rolls out
4. Divide chicken mixture, putting some on each roll and roll them up
5. Dip roll in melted butter and then roll in crumbed topping
6. Put on ungreased cookie sheet
7. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
8. Heat cream of chicken soup and pour over roll ups
