2 lbs. Southwest style frozen Hashbrowns
1 pt sour cream
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
c margarine, melted

Directions:

Mix ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 dish on 350 degrees for 1 hours
