3/4 cup, plus 2 tsp oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cup grated carrots
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, and carrots.
Mix to blend.
Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Blend well. Pour into greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
