Bread Pudding
12 pieces of white bread
3 sticks of butter melted
1 ½ cups of sugar
1 can of evaporated milk
4 egg yolks
2 tsps. Vanilla
2 cups of milk

Glaze
1 stick of butter
3 tbsps. of hot milk
¾ cup of powdered sugar
3 tbsps. of Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 pan with Pam
Tear the bread into pieces and layer in the pan. Mix all of the ingredients, except glaze, together with a Wisk. Bake for 45 minutes.

Glaze
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour over the cooked bread while still warm.
