4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
cup milk
1 24 oz. jar of pasta sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Oil for frying
Pasta noodles for side (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
3. Place chicken in a ziplock bag. Pound to thin (if needed).
4. Mix egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
5. Add bread crumbs to a shallow bowl.
6. Pour oil into frying pan. Dip chicken in egg mix, then bread crumbs. Fry on both sides until brown (will not be cooked fully through). Put chicken into baking pan.
7. Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken in the pan.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
9. Cook noodles per package to enjoy on the side with chicken.
10. Remove foil after 20 minutes, add mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for about 15 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
