Personal Notes:
This is a recipe I found from Iola. Iola was a caretaker for Papa's great-grandma. His great-grandma's name was Louisa Gipson. She was a Full Blooded Cherokee Indian born on the Trail of Tears when all the Indian tribes were forced off their land (by the government) and forced into one area. The Cherokee tribe was forced into Oaklahoma. However, she had a caretaker who would take care of her during the day. Great-grandma lived in a small apartment in the city of Lynwood (I think). What a great woman. She lived until she was 105 years old.
