1 pound hamburger
1 packing of saltine crackers crushed with rolling pin (if the box of saltine crackers comes in 4th's then just use one of the packages inside)
1 egg
maybe about 1/3 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the over to 350.

With your hands, mix all ingredients in one bowl. Once mixed well, form into a round or loaf form and place on a greased baking dish.

With your hand, make a crease down the middle of the meatloaf. Generously pour catsup the middle and place in oven baking it for approximately 35-45 minutes checking for doneness.

You see I've guessed at the measurements and baking time. You will need to make adjustments to the recipe once you make it. I always serve this with mashed potatoes cause I like to take a bite of each at the same time. I think it would be great with a tomato gravy if you can come up with one you like.
