2-8 oz packages cream cheese, softened 1 package Ranch seasoning 1 package large flour tortilla shells ½ c. chopped pecans ½ large bell pepper, chopped ½ c. carrots, chopped ½ c. celery, chopped 5 green onions chopped
1. Combine cream cheese and Ranch seasoning 2. Add vegetables to the cream cheese mixture 3. Spread mixture over each tortilla shell and roll up. 4. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. 5. Slice and serve
