"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
1 small can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 soup can of water (or chicken broth)
dash of pepper
dash of seasoned salt (be careful of the salt if you use chicken broth) season to taste

Other seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the crock-pot and stir.

Cook on High for two hours then low for remaining time or Low for 8 hours. Stir every once in a while to check on chicken doneness.

I have used frozen chicken breasts before but cut them in half so they will cook better. If you do this, cook on High for 3 hours then low for the remaining time.

When chicken is done, use two forks to shred. Remove the chicken if easier then return to the crockpot.

Once dish is complete serve over rice or mashed potatoes. (I love the potatoes)

**Keep checking on the chicken cause I'm just guessing on the cooking time. I'm always home or in-and-out so don't pay attention. Once you try it you can jot down the time that really works. :)

This is a recipe that I made up that turned out to be one of Daniel's favorite meals. I once added cream of mushroom soup but he really wasn't happy. He loves it over rice so I always use the rice in the packet that I can just throw in boiling water and it's done in 10 minutes. I think it's called Success Rice packets. Easy peasy!!
