1 pkg, minus 3 tbsp jello
1/4 cups egg whites (2 small eggs)
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, mix all ingredients
Beat with mixer on high speed, over boiling water till you have stiff peaks.
Remove from heat and continue to beat 1 additional minute.
