9 eggs
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted all purpose flour

1. Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, creaming well after each

4. Cook in tube pan at 300 for 1 hour 45 minutes
