2 cakes compressed yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp sugar
1/3 cup spry
1 tbsp salt
2 cups scalded milk
1 3/4 cups water
11 to 12 cups sifted all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, yeast, and sugar, let sit 10 min.
mix in other ingredients.
let rise till doubled twice and bake.
