24 Cups unsalted popcorn, popped
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Brown Sugar
Cup Corn Syrup (Light or Dark)
tsp. Cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200
Place popped popcorn in a large roasting pan.
Combine Butter, brown sugar and butter in a heavy pan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the cream of tarter.
Pour over popcorn and stir to coat. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
This makes a large amount and keeps well in an airtight container.
