1 lb. Loaf fresh white bread, chilled or frozen
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
c. granulated sugar
Cinnamon and sugar mix
Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, egg yolks and granulated sugar. Beat until creamy.
Make sure that loaf of white bread is chilled or frozen prior to making Cream Cheese Rolls. Remove crust. Roll till very flat. Cut slice in half.
Spread about one teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture on bread. Roll up, then dip in melted butter and then dip in sugar and cinnamon mixtures.
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
