16 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Velveeta ~ cut into cubes
teaspoon salt
sauteed celery, onion, bell pepper, and a jar of pimientos
teaspoon black pepper
a rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded
cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine soup, vegetables, Velveeta, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup milk. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often so the sauce doesn't burn, until the Velveeta is melted and sauce is smooth. Add more milk, if needed, to thin the sauce a bit. Add cooked pasta and chicken and combine. Pour into greased casserole and bake til heated through and bubbly.

You can add rotel, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, sour cream or cream cheese, Panko on top, etc.
