Ingredients:  
3 Cups Broccoli, separated into small pieces
Red onion or sweet onion, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 T. Soy Sauce
1 Can of Campbell's Tomato Soup
! T. Vinegar
1 # Sirloin Steak, sliced thin
1-2 T. Olive or Avacado oil
1-2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Heat oil on med/high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add steak and stir fry until just done. Remove from pan and set aside.
Put Broccoli in a microwave safe bowl with 1 T. of water, cover and cook 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain. Add onion and garlic to skillet and stir fry until onion is softened. Add Broccoli and continue to stir fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Add soup, soy sauce, and vineger. Heat until boiling. reduce heat and add beef. Stir to heat through.

Serve over rice.
