2¼ c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
¾ c. sugar
¾ c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) package ( 2 cups) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded level measuring tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen 2½ inch cookies.
