1 (10 oz.) package (1½ c.) Nestle Toll House Mint Chocolate Morsels, divided
1¼ c. all purpose flour
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ c. butter, softened
½ c. firmly packed brown sugar
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt over hot (not boiling) water, 3/4 cup Nestle Toll House Mint Chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Add melted morsels and egg; beat well. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining Nestle Toll House Mint Chocolate Morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes.
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheets; cool completely.
Makes 1½ dozen 2 " cookies.
