2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped cauliflower
10 oz. chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot, sauté onion in the butter
Add the broth and cauliflower
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer

Combine flour and milk in a saucepan
Cook, stirring continuously until thick
Slowly add to the soup pot, continue to simmer

Remove from heat, stir in the cheese until melted.

Garnish with croutons and enjoy!!
